Export Communications Review
As a company doing business overseas you will almost certainly come up against language and cultural barriers. How you tackle them could mean the difference between success and failure.
The good news is you're not on your own. Export Communications Reviews delivered by the British Chambers of Commerce on behalf of UK Trade and Investment can help you to communicate effectively anywhere in the world.
They won't offer you an off-the-shelf solution. What they will do is to look at the way you currently handle overseas business and suggest ways that this could be improved. All of the advice they offer is unbiased and based on years of practical experience.
The first step is an export communications review, which will involve in-depth discussions with a communications consultant. Your consultant will then prepare a report, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of your current approach.
S/he will make practical recommendations to help you achieve your goals and suggest other organisations or companies to contact. An indication of costs will enable you to draw up outline budgets. The report will also tell you whether financial assistance is available.
